We understand that there may be times where you would like to return a particular item for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Due to the nature of the business and donations, we only offer exchanges. You are not required to keep the color(s) you choose, but we also stand behind our product and want to be of service to our customers just as well as our Non-Profit Organizations.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be issued provided the exchange request is made within 14 days of receipt of the original item. After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will dispatch your exchange of your choosing minus shipping charges.
Processing Time
The entire exchange process takes 1 to 2 business days following the receipt of the returned goods. If we have any questions or concerns about your request or items we will contact you by email.
To Make a Return
To request an exchange please contact us. We will contact you within 1 business days with Exchange instructions. Your email should include:

❤ Your email address
❤ Your order number
❤ Items to Exchange( include #, and color)
❤ If you are exchanging, which item would you like as a replacement.
Mail Returns To
The address will be provided to you by email upon request of an exchange.
There will be an exchange number provided so please do not ship anything back to us without this number provided to you.
Be sure to write the exchange number you receive from us on the packaging!
